Label: Island Records Facts * In early 2004, Island Records issued a promotional CD for The Artist In The Ambulance.* At least one pressing that was shipped out contained the wrong tracks. * The first three tracks were correct, but instead of live acoustic versions of "Cold Cash And Colder Hearts" and "The Artist In The Ambulance", the album version of "Cold Cash And Colder Hearts" and an alternative mix of "The Artist In The Ambulance" were pressed as tracks four and five.
